Tickets selling fast for Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat

It is less than a month now to the Astra Theatre’s musical production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, which retells the Biblical story of Joseph and the coat of many colours, with the Gozo theatre’s Saturday night performance already sold out.
The theatre said that the line-up will feature a cast of fifty local artists including the Piccole Stelle Choir.
London trained performer Thomas Camilleri will play the main role of Joseph, Chantelle Micallef Grimaud is the Narrator while Chris Dingli will be in the role of the Pharaoh. Conductor for the musical is Mro Sigmund Mifsud. Chris Gatt will supervise artistic direction, ensuring an impeccable production from this seasoned director, the Astra said, while choreography will be led by Francesco Nicodeme, “guaranteeing a superbly entertaining musical,” whilst Mariella Spiteri Cefai is coaching the ever-important vocal element.
Performances for Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat performances are Friday, the 29th, Saturday, the 30th of March (sold out) both starting at 8pm, followed by a matinee performance on Sunday, the 31st of March at 4pm.
