Ahmadiyya donates wheelchairs & hampers to Santa Anna Residence

Six wheelchairs and 100 fruit hampers have been donated by the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaat Malta for the residents of Santa Anna Residence at the Gozo General Hospital.
Imam Laiq Ahmed Atif, President Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaat Malta, presented the donation to Mr Joseph Fenech the CEO of the Gozo General Hospital.
Mr. Joseph Fenech welcomed the Ahmadiyya Muslim community and spoke about the services provided at the Santa Anna Residence.Imam Laiq Ahmed Atif, President of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaat Malta explained that, Ahmadiyya Muslim Community “pays a great importance to serving mankind and looking after those in need.”
He said that “this activity of the Ahmadiyya Community is a clear manifestation of its love and care for the elderly people of the society.”
Imam Laiq Ahmed Atif commended the work of the staff who, he said, “are serving the elderly people with dedication and extreme care and love.”
