Ghasri village is the venue for Traditions: Wine, Olive Oil and Honey

Returning for the second year, the very popular – Traditions: Wine, Olive Oil and Honey – is taking place in the pretty village of Ghasri later this month,organised by the Ghasri Local Council and Eco-Gozo – Ministry for Gozo.
The evening event is aimed at all the family and will include, a roasted pig, other local foods, wine and honey tasting activities, olive oil delicacies including flavoured ice cream and sweet honey pastries. There will also be a children’s area by Jump Malta.
The master of ceremonies for the evening is Kurt Calleja, with entertainment by the San Bert Folk Group, Freddie Portelli and Cash & Band.
Other features at the event will show the production of wine and olive oil, and beehive and honey wax displays.
All of this will take place at Pjazza s-Salvatur in Ghasri, Gozo, on Saturday, the 22nd of September, from 7.00pm onwards.
