Thousands enjoyed Gozo Heritage Malta sites for free last Saturday

Last Saturday, Heritage Malta opened their Gozo museums and sites for free on the occasion of the cultural and musical event – Gozo Live- where 3 days of activities were organised at various localities around Gozo.
The Ggantija Temple attracted the majority of the visitors with 2357, while Ta’ Kola Windmill had 849, both historic sites are in the locality of Xaghra.
Other Heritage Malta sites which were open in the old city of the Citadel, were the Gozo Museum of Archaeology attracted 1456 visitors, the Old Prison 702, Gozo Nature Museum 215 and the Gran Castello Historic House 197, while the Citadel Visitors Centre had 566 visitors.
