Kaden Roche of Gozo designs winning poster for new school scheme

During the Skola Sajf programme last year, the Agricultural and Rural Payments Agency organised a competition for the children of Gozo and Malta to take part in designing a mascot depicting fruit and vegetables.
The Laura Vicuna School in Ghasri Gozo, recently received notification that a drawing by Kaden Mario Roche from Year 2, had been chosen as the winning entry for the new School Scheme which was launched on Wednesday.
In recognition of his achievement, Kaden’s classmates, teacher and LSA’s were invited by the Agricultural and Rural Payments Agency to attend the launch of this new scheme at the Nadur Primary School.
The Parliamentary Secretary for Agriculture, Fisheries and Animal Rights Clint Camilleri, presented Kaden with the winners award during a ceremony on Wednesday morning.Kaden’s winning design now represents the mascot for the school scheme – Ninu l-Bninu.
