GO said it has just opened the doors to yet another new outlet offering customers mobile, telephone, Internet and television services under one roof. The outlet, one of the largest operated by GO, is situated in St Paul’s Street Naxxar, just below the GO antenna on the way to the ex-Trade Fair grounds. GO’s latest outlet caters for the needs of the north of the island.
“By providing customers what they want and when they need it, we believe we are fulfilling our brand proposition ‘Made for you’. By opening more quad-play outlets in various localities of Malta and Gozo, we are delivering on what customers want,” GO’s Chief Operations Officer Norbert Prihoda said.
GO’s outlet was officially inaugurated by Naxxar Mayor Dr Maria Deguara in the presence of GO’s Chief Executive Officer David Kay and Chief Operations Officer Norbert Prihoda. This new outlet is another important part of GO’s drive to reach out to its customers and offer all four communications services from the same store.
Naxxar mayor Dr Maria Deguara said: “Our community welcomes this project as it demonstrates once again that Naxxar is fast becoming an important commercial centre. We greet GO’s latest outlet and we consider it to be a true example of how retail experience should be developed forward.”
Mr Kay said that GO’s retail expansion is a testament to the growth of the company as Malta’s sole quad-play provider. He said that GO was the first communications company to launch a 24×7 customer helpline service, way back in 2000. Moreover, GO is the only communications company that currently offers all its four services from under one roof.
All of GO’s services are available from the outlets in B’Kara, Naxxar, Bay Street (St Julian’s), Valletta, Pavi (Qormi), Paola, Hamrun, Victoria (Gozo) and the GO shop-in-shop within Telecom in San Gwann.
“Our focus is to provide the best customer experience possible. The research commissioned by GO this summer and which was carried out by world-leading market research firm GfK confirmed that we are the leaders in various areas including value, customer experience, reliability and innovation. We want to maintain that status and continue improving ourselves to the satisfaction of our customers,” said Mr Kay.
Speaking about GO’s quad-play bundle Home Pack, GO’s Chief Operations Officer Norbert Prihoda said this has proven to be very popular amongst customers and there is a huge demand for such packages.
“GO’s Home Pack was launched a few days ago and is an innovative development in the Maltese communications market. With our talk, surf, watch and mobile all-in-one pack for only €33 a month, our customers are getting the best value and convenience, coupled with innovation, reliability of service, as well as 24×7 customer service,” Mr Prihoda said.
Speaking about the new outlets, Mr Prihoda said: “We are delighted to be in a position to offer our customers a range of quality services from a single touch point – with a dedicated and professional customer service team to help out in identifying customers’ communications needs that best match up to their specific requirements,” he went on.
“We are also steadfast on providing the best value as we have done over the past years, by offering the lowest SMS – as low as €0.01 per message – and call rates, together with affordable digital TV and broadband Internet packages. In addition, customers can opt to take all of our four services thanks to the advantageous Home Pack offering,” he said.
