Valentine’s in Gozo wooing visitors with romance in the Villa Rundle

Valentine’s Day is here and Gozo is in a romantic mood with cupids and hearts wooing visitors to the Villa Rundle Gardens in Victoria, which are also beautifully illuminated at night – the perfect photo opportunity with the one you love.
#Inhobbok – organised by the Ministry for Gozo – is a Valentine’s extravaganza with many activities planned for this weekend of the 17th and 18th of February.
The gardens will host a market on Saturday and Sunday for craft products related to the feast of St. Valentine’s Day, together with musical entertainment.
And in Independence Square and St George’s Square, there will be entertainment for the public provided by Puse, the Mae Duo and Keith Anthony.Also in Independence Square on Saturday, the artists Marina Tenerelli and Stuard Cunnigham will portray the messages of love related to this feast, through art in chalk.
Up in the Citadel Cultural Centre, students attending the Visual & Performing Arts School of Gozo are currently holding an exhibition related to the day of love – entitled ‘Lilek Inhobb’ (You Are The One I Love) Also at the Centre will be a collective art exhibition by various artists – Habbejtek (I Love You).
