PFK Accountants and Business Advisers said that it has been commissioned by the Ministry for Gozo to conduct a Cost Benefit Analysis on the introduction of a Park and Ride facility to and from Mgarr Harbour.
This initiative was stated in the electoral manifesto and mentioned by the Minister for Gozo Dr Justyne Caruana, in her Budget Speech for Gozo last October.
The Association of Gozitan Employees collaborated with PFK to conduct the survey and they are encouraging as many people as possible to participate, “to send a message for the necessity to solve one of our daily problems.”
The aim of the proposed park and ride facility is to alleviate some of the parking and traffic issues around Mgarr Harbour, therefore helping to ease the life of the daily commuters who must cross over to Malta for work and study on a daily basis.
The survey can be found here.
