Opportunity for young Gozitans this May – Something in the AiR

Young Gozitans aged 13 – 17 are being invited by Spazju Kreattiv to take part in a dance and movement project by artist Gdalit Neuman.
This exciting opportunity – Something in the AiR – will be taking place in Gozo between the 1st and the 12th of May.
Canadian-Israeli Gdalit Neuman, is a dancer, choreographer and educator. She has performed with the Rina Schenfeld Dance Theatre and The Israeli Opera, has choreographed independently both in Israel and Canada, and has been on faculty at Canada’s National Ballet School and York University’s Department of Dance in Toronto.
Spazju Kreattiv said that during this fascinating journey – using movement techniques, issues will be explored that are important to you – participation in the project is free.
“What makes you unique as a young Gozitan person? How do you see yourself as a citizen of Gozo, Malta, Europe, the world? What are your aspirations for the future? How is your generation unique and different from that of your parents or grandparents? What traditions do you hold dear and which ones are no longer relevant to you?”
Spazju Kreattiv want to hear from you, and of course, dance with you – No dance experience is required.

Please include following details: Name & Surname of participant – Age – Address – Email address – Phone Number – Availability between the 1st and 12th of May (including weekends) in Gozo and the reason why you want to participate (100 words)
Applicants should also include name and surname, email and phone number of one parent or guardian.
