Parliamentary Secretary for Public Dialogue and Information, Dr Chris Said, presided over the Pet Animal Neutering Project Draw last Sunday, the draw was won by the locality of Nadur.
Through this Blue Cross funded project, the Gozo SPCA is offering free neutering to all pet dogs and cats in the locality.
This initiative has already been taken up by the Local Council of San Lawrenz, where the project will come to an end at the end of December.
Dr Said also inaugurated a new Gozo SPCA van sponsored by the Ministry for Resources and Rural Affairs, and Britain’s pet charity The Blue Cross.
