A new season of horse racing at Xhajma racetrack in Gozo is fast approaching, with races being held every fortnight.

The Gozo Horse Racing Association has announced the first official event, a Pre-Season Race for Shetland, Ponies and Trot, is to be held on Saturday, 16th September, in the afternoon.

Registration of horses for the Pre-Season race is to be done at GHRA’s office at the track on Wednesday, the 13th of September during office hours.
