Gozo Minister promises her support to develop facilites at Ta' Xhajma trackThe Minister for Gozo Dr Justyne Caruana, has visited the Ta’ Xhajma horse race track and its facilities.

She explained that the purpose of this visit was to assess the current situation and discuss what works are needed to be carried out.

While viewing the facilities presently on offer, the Minister stated that with serious planning and more resources, what the track could potentially offer would not only be enjoyed by horse racing enthusiasts, but also by the Gozitan sporting public.

“It is unfortunate that over the years, this course has not been given the attention it deserves,” said Dr Caruana.
