In terms of Section 6 of the Public Collections Act XVIII of 1979, the Voices Foundation would like to inform the general public that during the Voices 2008 concerts – Tell me Why? donations of €4,931.18 were collected during the ten concert nights.
These funds will be distributed together with all other funds generated through the sale of tickets, merchandising and sponsors after deducting expenditure to various charitable institutions including Caritas for the setting up of the Learning Centre.
It is estimated that this process will be finalised in February 2009.
