Ryanair seat sale to celebrate carrying 9m customers in Malta

Ryanair is celebrating its Maltese milestone of carrying 9 million customers in Malta since 2006, by releasing seats for sale from just €19.99 for travel between September and November. These fares are available for booking on the Ryanair.com website until midnight Friday.
The airline said that this winter it will offer Maltese customers a choice of 40 routes, with 3 new routes to Belfast, Naples and Riga and extra flights to Gdansk, Krakow, Stockholm, Venice Treviso, Vilnius and Wroclaw/
Ryanair’s Deputy Sales and Marketing Manager Eastern Mediterranean, Dimitra Apatsidou said, “Ryanair is delighted to celebrate carrying 9 million customers to/from Malta since our first flight in 2006, demonstrating our commitment to supporting Malta’s tourism industry and boosting its economy.”
Minister for Tourism, Konrad Mizzi said, “the Maltese authorities recognise the significant contribution by Ryanair to increase the number and frequency of direct airline routes. We have established an excellent working relationship with Ryanair based on mutual respect and understanding. It is due to this that we are here to celebrate such an important milestone today.”
