Government reduces the price of 28 different medicines

The Government has announced that the price of 28 different medicines are being reduced. It said that consumers can save up to 32% on the original price of some products.
This price reductions were announced by the Minister for Social Dialogue, Consumer Affairs and Civil Liberties Helena Dalli, during a visit to the pharmaceutical company Pharmadox Healthcare.
The medicines covered in this price reduction include Axura for dementia, Arimidex – which is used for breast cancer treatment, and others used for the treatment of asthma, prostate cancer, tobacco dependence, depression, arthritis, diabetes, glaucoma, and medicine for Progesterone insufficiency.
