Shuttle bus service from ferry for Saturday’s Fireworks Festival

With the opening of the Malta International Fireworks Festival in Xaghra, Gozo, this Saturday, special bus service arrangements have been announced, particularly helping those travelling from Malta, with a shuttle service from the ferry to Xaghra.
Prior to the start of the show, Malta Public Transport has said there will be a Shuttle Service from the Mgarr Ferry to Xaghra operating according to demand, between 7.00pm and 9.00pm.
Normal services will be operating from Mgarr Ferry to Xaghra by route 322 and from Victoria to Xaghra by route 307.
After the event, MPT said the Shuttle Service from Xaghra to the Mgarr Ferry will be operating according to demand between 11.30pm and 12.30am.
It said that the fares will be as follows: €3.00 in cash on-board the bus; €2.50 when paying with a tallinja card; two journeys when paying with the 12 Single Day Journeys card; and there will be no extra charge when using the Explore Card.
