A diver has been reported missing whilst diving at the wreck of the Gozo ferry ‘Xlendi’ off Xatt l-Ahmar near to Ghajnsielem.
The missing diver is reported to be a 49-year-old British man, another diver who was diving with him is currently receiving treatment at the decompression chamber.
The Armed Forces of Malta are leading the search for the missing diver, along with the Civil Protection Department personnel and volunteer divers.














I am a South African cousin of Paul, the missing diver, and I am waiting anxiously for news, as are his brothers and sisters and Father in the UK.
