Dar ir-Rummien: Gozo premiere being screened at the Oratory Cinema'Dar ir-Rummien,' a short movie, filmed and produced in Gozo, is premiering at the Oratory Cinema in Victoria, on Friday, the 18th of December, starting at 8pm.

2DoorsMedia Production House will be premiering this short film, which is the winner of the NBC PBS Short Film Contest 2015.

Directed by Federico Chini and produced by Manuel Xuereb, the movie is adapted from a short story by Pierre J. Mejlak from his book 'Having said Goodnight' and is aiming for International Festivals.

The main actors are, Eugene Bajada, Sue Scantlebury, Ema Grech, and Sam Anthony Grima. It is a story about the first time Gianni's daughter falls in love……….

This film will also be broadcast on TVM on Christmas Day at 7:30pm, and on New Year's Day the 1st January, at 11.30am.

The production is in Maltese/English with English subtitles.

The projection of the movie will be preceeded by the the screening of the short film "Between the lines," also by director Federico Chini
