French Ambassador to Malta pays her second official visit to Gozo this year

HE Beatrice le Fraper du Hellen, French Ambassador to the Republic of Malta, was in Gozo last week on her second official visit on the island this year.
The Ambassador had previously in the day met the Minister for Gozo Dr Anton Refalo. Then she held an informal meeting with the French community in Gozo (a 60 strong community) to introduce herself, present the activities of the Embassy and listen to her compatriots.Regular events were announced, such as the Gozo Film Club and the upcoming exhibition (Banging the Drum) both supported by the French Embassy.
The Ambassador also donated children’s books to the Sacred Heart Minor Seminary in Victoria, Gozo
Mrs Le Fraper du Hellen then attended an event at the Maxtura Ivory Suite in Marsalform, for the 10th Anniversary celebrations of WINS ltd, a Maltese company operated by Tony Meijlaq and partnering with French giant EUTELSAT. Also present for this event was the Minister for Transport Joe Mizzi and EUTELSAT Chief Executive Michel de Rosen.
