Karmni Grima Museum extended opening with reduced prices on Sunday

For the occasion of the Feast of the Visitation of the Blessed Virgin at the Gharb Parish which will be celebrated this coming Sunday, the 6th of July, the Karmni Grima Museum will be open to the general public at a reduced price and with extended opening hours.
The Museum will open from 9am until 8pm in the evening. Visitors will also have the opportunity to view the Sacred Art Exhibition ‘Via Pulchritudinis: The Way of Beauty,’ in which eighteen artists are participating. The exhibition was opened by Gozo Minister Dr Anton Refalo in June and will remain open until the 26th of July.
The Lithograph of Our Lady of Ta’ Pinu made by Justin Falzon and which was reproduced for a limited edition of 99 copies (35 by 50 cm) is on show.A new DVD has just been issued narrating the story of the calling of the Blessed Virgin Mary ta’ Ta’ Pinu to Karmni Grima and Frangisk Portelli. The documentary is in both Maltese and English and was professionally prepared by CVC.
The DVD as well as the lithograph can be obtained from the Museum of Karmni Grima as well as from the Sanctuary itself.
