During his visit to Gozo, Pope John Paul II visited the Sacred Heart Seminary, where he had lunch and a short siesta.
To mark this anniversary, and to commemorate the occasion of the Canonisation of St. John Paul II, the JP2 Foundation in collaboration with the Gozo Minor Seminary, organised a celebration of the Holy Eucharist which took place at the Sacred Heart Minor Seminary earlier today.

All the Seminary students from Form 1 to Form 4 participated, together with the teachers and L.S.A.s. Mr. Ivan Farrugia, the Music teacher, played the organ during the celebration and Mr. Victor F. Said led the singing.
The Celebration came to an end with the presentation of the relic, consisting of the Zucchetto (skullcap) of St. John Paul II.
