Claudio Fiorentini – ‘Digging into Khaos’ at the Art e Gallery, Gozo

An exhibition of paintings by Italian artist Claudio Fiorentini – ‘Digging into Khaos’ is currently taking place at the Art e Gallery, situated at 1, Library Street, Victoria (next to St. Augustine Square).
Painter, novel writer and poet Claudio Fiorentini, was born in Rome in 1959 and has lived in Mexico, France and Morocco for several years, as well as travelled in over 40 Countries.
Fiorenti has worked in the art world since the 70s, as a poet. In the 90s he started to devote himself to novel writing and photography. In the new millennium he arrived to abstract painting. He has also published eight books (his last novel is ‘Captaloona,’ 2013), which won several literary prizes.
He is an active member of IPLAC (Insieme per la Cultura- Together for Culture). His artworks have been showed in many solo and group shows in important National and International sites, from Rome to Luxembourg, from Istanbul to Paris.
The gallery is open Mondays to Saturdays from 9.30am till 12.15pm. On Fridays, the gallery is also open between 5.00pm and 7.00pm.
