Il-Hagar Music second Christmastide Mini Recital with the Gozo School of Music

Heart of Gozo | Il-Hagar Museum in St George’s square, Victoria, is presenting the second Christmastide Mini-Recital, tomorrow, Saturday, the 7th of December, starting at 12.15pm.
Last Saturday’s recital was very well attended and featured Francesca Sciberras, Antonella Rapa and Mikaela Bajada as well as their teacher, soparano Georgina Gauci. Accompanied on the piano by Antoine Theuma, they sang music by Richard Rogers, Ernesto de Curtis, George Forrest, Alan Menken, Jerome Keen, Calude M Schonberg and Andrew Lloyd Weber.
The recitals are being coordinated by Ms Joy Frendo, head of the Gozo School of Music and Il-Hagar Museum curator Rev. Dr Joseph Farrugia.
This Saturday’s programme will present the Gozo School of Music’s young string musicians and they will be accompanied by their teachers Toth Emese and Lang David.
Those who wish to attend this Saturday’s event are requested to be at the entrance hall by 12.10pm.
Attendance is free of charge and at the end of Saturday’s recital a glass of mulled wine will be offered to the patrons.
