Gozitan Michael Tabone, is a guiding force in promoting the beautiful island of Gozo as a film making destination and to do this he has written the script for his own film, which will be made in Gozo.
Michael is asking for people to appear in the film as extras. Filming will take place on Sunday, July the 28th, in Victoria near the Astra Theatre. It is based in 1978 and he has requested that people should be dressed in ordinary clothes, not too modern or too summery.
Anybody with vintage cars, ie from the 1970’s period and and who are prepared to park it for the day, will also be much appreciated.
This will be a fun day for everyone, there will be no pay for extras, or anybody who provides vehicles, but it will be a great experience for all to take part in a film about Gozo.
The town scenes will be made between 0700-1200, the inside ones between 1300-1900. People can turn up at any time and participate. Michael would like as may people as possible to indicate a busy town centre.
So if you are interested then just turn up on the day, or contact Michael on firstname.lastname@example.org.
