VOICES Tell Me Why, the 200-strong choir sponsored by the Vodafone Malta Foundation, has been playing to packed houses every night since the concerts begin on 1 October. The great response by the public meant that tickets were practically sold out even before the concerts started.
While thanking the general public for showing its support to VOICES, the funds from which will all go to charity, the organising committee would like to announce that a special live programme about VOICES will be aired on TVM on Saturday 18th October at 9.15pm.
The programme VOICES: kif…u ghaliex? will include behind the scenes features, a look back at how VOICES began, interviews with all those involved including beneficiaries, as well as footage from this year’s concerts and concerts from the past. The programme will be presented by Josef Bonello and Ronnie, who have co-hosted the concerts for the last two editions. During the programme, donation lines will be open for those who wish to contribute towards the various beneficiaries.
After a short break, VOICES Tell Me Why will continue this week from Thursday 9 October until Monday 13 October. The committee would like to thank the rest of its sponsors, namely Island Hotels Group, Kinnie, Gasan Enterprises Ltd, Banif Bank, Nescafe Cappuccino, Martini, San Michel and XFM radio. Thanks also go to their partners Studio 7, the Sound System, Naracamicie and Sonlit.
