15 Wednesdays at Ta’ Pinu in honour of the Assumption

The National Shrine of Our Lady ‘Ta’ Pinu’ is starting the fifteen traditional Wednesdays in spiritual preparation for the Solemnity of the Assumption of Our Lady. The first one to be held is tomorrow, Wednesday, the 8th of May.
The programme of activities will be as follows:
The Sanctuary opens its doors at 4.30am.
5.00am, 6.00am, 7.00am, 8.30am and 9.00am: Holy Masses.
Between 11.30am and 5.30pm: Eucharistic Adoration in silence in the chapel of Our Lady ‘Ta’ Pinu.’
5.30pm: Solemn mass with homily. This mass will be broadcast live on Radio Maria (102.3 FM).
6.30pm and 8.00pm: Holy Masses.
7.00pm: Recitation of the Holy Rosary broadcast live on Radio RTK (103 FM).
8.45pm: Recitation of the Holy Rosary aux flambaux. During the singing of the Marian Litany, there will be a procession with a replica of the titular painting of Our Lady venerated in the Sanctuary. As soon as procession enters in the Basilica, there will be Solemn Eucharistic Adoration in silence.
10.15pm: Evening Prayers and impartation of Eucharistic Benediction.
The Sanctuary closes at 10.30pm.
The Rector of the Sanctuary, Rev. Gerard Buhagiar, warmly invites everyone to attend these devotions and invoke the intercession of Our Lady ‘Ta’ Pinu.’
