The Office of the Prime Minister has asked the Commissioner of Police to investigate allegations made by the Federation of Hunters (FKNK) that there are a number of people breaking hunting laws who are being protected.
In their statement, the Federation said that “those very few untouchables who persist in illegal doings of the sort will not stop, unless the protection they may enjoy, from any quarter, is not lifted for good.”
The Office of the Prime Minister said that it is asking the FKNK to co-operate with the police in its investigations and to reveal the names of those it referred to in their statement.
