Dear EU citizen residing in Gozo or Malta,
You might be one of the thousands of Non-Maltese EU citizens whose name appears on the local council electoral register, but not on the European Parliament one.
Unless you register yourself before February 2009 next, you will be unable to exercise your basic EU right to vote in the European Parliament elections, scheduled for June 2009.
To facilitate this procedure, download the European Parliament Voter Registration Form, and present it to your local Identity Card office. It is important to bring your Maltese identity card with you to, for this purpose.
