Teamwork, organizational skills and fun were the three fundamental elements in a car treasure hunt for Bank of Valletta Staff organized by the Bank’s Sports and Social club.
Over 200 staff members, family and friends convened at Mgarr Harbour in Gozo from where they travelled by jeep to five different locations in Gozo after solving cryptic clues to reveal the locations. Five different ‘treasures’ consisting of items that are not easy to come by also had to be collected by the teams to gain extra points.
All 35 teams managed to finish the treasure hunt within the stipulated time limit and were treated to a pasta buffet at Ta Frenc restaurant while score-sheets were analyzed and scoring calculated.
Jack Thewma, Manager of Bank of Valletta’s Gozo Branch accompanied by Norman Rossignaud, President of the BOV Sports and Social Club presented the winners and runners up with prizes.
