New recipe book out, The Gozo Table – Il-Mejda Ghawdxija

Update: A new recipe book was recently launched entitled ‘The Gozo Table – Il-Mejda Ghawdxija,’ written by chef, George Borg.
In the book George Borg proposes a selection of recipes based on local products, highlighting the unique tastes and attributes of the Gozitan products through innovative ideas that respect culinary tradition.
The book is edited by Hilda Maguire and Colm Regan and designed by Dylan Creane with photography by Claire Borg.
The book launch took place at Ta’ Mena Estates, Marsalforn and was attended by the Minister for Gozo, Giovanna Debono.
