Charity for the ARKA foundation is the main aim behind the event ‘LOOKS ‘08′, to be held at Il Palazzo, at Ta’ Cenc Hotel, Gozo, on Friday 4th April 2008, from 7.30 p.m. onwards. The event is to be organised by the Gozitan youths of Sir M.A. Refalo, Gozo’s unique post-secondary school. The main attraction is a Fashion Show with the clothes outlet being Arkadia Gozo. Local talent, especially that of the sixth formers is to be promoted. The presence of Morena, the Maltese Song for Europe finalist, crowns the evening.

The Fashion Show includes Classic, Casual and Sports Clothing, together with a ‘Rock’ avant garde hair show by Toni & Guy. The same hair stylists will cater for all the models.

The Fashion Show is to be combined with Dance Choreographies; mainly Lyrical, Hip-Hop and Jazz with companies like Waterfall Dancers to cater for Hip-Hop and Break dance.

A professional Dee Jay, concludes ‘Looks ‘08′ with a good, professional dee jaying session.

The major attraction shall undoubtedly be the presence of leading singers, including Morena, Miriam Christine and the well-known Gozitan Band ‘The Broadcasters’.

The whole event will be complemented with professional sound and light systems, the latter by Nexos.
