Secondly we are proposing a mega-size Splash and Fun Park in Hondoq Bay, this will preserve the bay ... Read more...

Ghajnsielem Mayor, Francis Cauchi, recently gave a presentation about the success story of the twinning between Ghajnsielem and the Italian town of Tolfa. Mayor Cauchi emphasized that although the twinning agreement between the two localities was started in 2003, the relationship between the two communities was still very warm and active. The Ghajnsielem Local Council always managed to obtain assistance from the European Union, auguring that other localities should tap the resources and funds which are available for such purposes. The presentation was held during a meeting in Mgarr attended by several Mayors from locations in Malta and Gozo. It was chaired by Chris Said, Parliamentary Secretary for Public Consultation.
