Notice on lost or damaged voting documents for Referendum

The Electoral Commission has said that those voters for the National Referendum who, after receipt of their voting document have lost or otherwise damaged or destroyed their document, and those persons who, although their name appears in the Electoral Register published in October 2010, as revised by the decisions of the Revising Officer, have not as yet received their voting document because of some special reason, including that the Commission is not in possession of their photograph, that they may apply personally to one of the Electoral Commissioners at the Electoral Office for a Special Voting Document. The voter must present his Identity Card.
Office hours will be as follows:
Monday to Friday: from 9.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m.
Saturdays and Sundays: from 8.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.
25th May, 2011 (last day): from 9.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m.
Voters who are registered in Gozo and Comino may call at the Identity Cards Office, Rabat, Gozo, during the same office hours.
Nobody shall be allowed to vote without a voting document.
