One assumes, and its always wrong to assume, that sombody did some market research to ascertain if there was a demand for the berthing bouy to see if any cruise liners wanted to call at Xlendi. Another waste of money, but dont worry perhaps one will call in 2012?

      Marketing research? what’s that?
To whom was the €238,230 paid?
Once that is established, we can also find out who carried our the marketing research!
      Only in Gozo!
