Marsalforn Red Cross Blood Drive deemed a huge success

The Second Edition of the Marsalforn Blood Drive, which was held on on the 29th of August, was deemed a huge success by the organisers, a total of sixty people turned up to give their blood.

Special thanks were extended to all those involved in the Blood Drive, including the National Blood Transfusion Centre, the Calyspo Hotel, the community at Marslforn and the Malta Red Cross Gozo branch team led by Mr Marvic Attard.

Besides providing logistical support and media awareness, the Red Cross Gozo branch were also responsible for the transport of blood to the National Blood Transfusion Centre in Malta.
