The Health Department has announced that another 4,040 people have been vaccinated against the influenza (A) H1N1virus on Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning.
On Saturday afternoon 1,640 people went to health centers for the vaccination against the influenza (A) H1NI virus, while another 2,400 visited clinics on Sunday morning for the vaccination.
This brings the total of people so far that have been vaccinated to 8,192 persons.
Vaccinations are currently being offered to those who have chronic illnesses and pregnant women. The health centers will remain open daily until next Sunday, the 10th of January, to provide this service.
