On Friday, Bethlehem f’ Ghajnsielem was animated by children from the Ghajnsielem Primary School, a large group of students from the Gozo College and church schools accompanied by their teachers as well as some parents visited the nativity village to enjoy this unique animation.
The Minister for Gozo, Giovanna Debono, together with the Children’s Commissioner Carmen Zammit and Gozo College principal, Chev Frank Gatt also visited the village. They were accompanied by the Ghajnsielem Mayor, Mr Francis Cauchi and the project manager, Mr Franco Ciangura.
The day was made very special for the children, who were able to tour around the nativity village and join in some of the scenes. As well as the children who visited that day, there was also a group of disabled persons, and residents from Residenza Sant’Anna and the male geriatric ward from Gozo General Hospital.
The children will re-enact the scene again next Tuesday, the 15th of December, when Maltese College students will be visiting Bethlehem f’ Ghajnsielem.
