A seminar is to be held on Friday, the 4th of December, to mark the International Day of Persons with Disability, it will be held at the Santa Marta Day Center in Victoria. The seminar will start at 9.00am and finish at 12.15pm
Everyone who has a disability, as well as carers are invited for this seminar.
